U.S. adopts National
ID
Beginning in 2005, the Department of Homeland
Security will issue new uniformity regulations to the States requiring
that all Drivers Licenses and Birth Certificates meet minimal Federal
Standards with regard to US citizen information, including biometric
security provisions. These biometric "security provisions" will
include digitized fingerprint & retinal eye scans which can be
electronically transmitted from remote biometric readers to the FBI
database.
When you hear about the citizens of Fallujah being
required to show their retinal eye scan to enter their homes, these
can later be invoked against Americans.
Those little ink pads in the bank when you cash a
check can be expected to soon be replaced with electronic digitized
fingerprint by inkless scanning device readers that can transmit to a
master
just like your credit card does now.
Big Brother is watching you and now Big Brother will
know when you buy and sell, travel, etc. The microchip approved for
the FDA by Congress in the last couple of months can transmit your health
information that the U.S. Government granted itself when it passed HIPPA
4/14/03. With Congress funding Bush's New Freedom in Mental Health
for compulsory mental health screenings that is a precursor for
involuntary mind and behavior controlling psychiatric medications and
technology to implant regulated mind and behavior controlling medication,
it's not just "Your papers please" it's out-patient medical human
experimentation.
And it won't do any good to protest because
Congress doesn't care what the people think about the National
I.D.
Citizens of Florida, contact your state legislators now in opposition to submitting our
Great State to the Federal Government taking over State's Rights regarding
driver's licenses and to refuse to accept the New Freedom in Mental Health
Funding for compulsory mental health screening. Decide to be a slave
and bequeath that legacy to your descendents by your inaction or stand up
for your and your descendents' liberty and freedom by defending your
Homeland now against the corrupt government that has absolutely
no intention of respecting your U.S. and State Constitutional
rights.
Don't wait until it's too late and then ask: "What happened?" Believe
what you see not what you are being fed by the mass
media in a brainwashing attempt.
Should the state
legislators, like those brave Confederate States that chose recession rather
than submission to a federal government that disrespected STATES RIGHTS,
choose to secede from the Federal Government rather than submit to
these draconian civil and constitutional rights violations intent on surrendering
our states to the authority of the UN? If YOUR government
officials aren't obeying their Oaths of Office to protect and defend your rights,
study the laws about impeachment and do your duty to remove them while we
still have the vestiges of government OF, BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE and you
still have your INALIENABLE RIGHTS ENDOWED TO YOU BY YOUR CREATOR. If you
don't, you have no one but the person you see in the mirror to blame for
what we are about to continue to experience in an unprecedented suppression
of Americans' rights on American soil by the United States Government.
Are you mad enough yet? Where will you draw your
line? Poll Results In our last issue we asked our readers to choose
between Christian liberty and
limited self-government emphasizing moral absolutes, personal
responsibility and the sanctity of the family
unit
or a political system that emphasizes
universal conformity to rational-humanistic
ideologies. 75% of our
readers say they prefer a limited, moral government. 20% would have
a large humanistic system and 4% claim to be undecided on this important
issue. Three quarters of those responding
also agree we should move out while 17% say stay. 6% can't make
up their mind.
Thanks to
all our readers who participated in our
poll. We Call Them

"It cannot be emphasized too clearly and too often
that this nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not
on religion, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason
people of other faiths have been afforded asylum, prosperity, and freedom
of worship here." Patrick Henry, May 1765, Speech to the Virginia House of

Judge vs. Tree
U.S. judge
Patricia Fawsett had a decorated Christmas tree removed from the
lobby of Jacksonville's federal courthouse after hearing complaints the
tree was not appropriate in the lobby. "The
court needs to maintain position as a neutral forum." said
the judge. Her Honor approved a snowman in its place.
Since green is a primary color
of Christmas the tree has become the perfect background for the red ornament.
The pure green color of the evergreen tree remains this color all
year round. Green is youthful, hopeful, and the abundant color of nature.
The needles on the tree point heavenward - symbols of man's prayers
as they go toward heaven. Trees have been man's best friends. They have
sheltered him, warmed him, and made beauty for him. Perhaps the judge
just doesn't get out much.
On June 26, 1870, the United
States Congress declared Christmas a federal holiday. It was
signed into law by former Yankee General and then President Ulysses S.
Grant.
So now a "neutral forum" is best for a federally
recognized Christmas? And how 'bout a snowman in Florida?
What's up with that? We're offended! We've drawn the line
on this one. Where have you drawn yours?
Warriors of Honor Adhering to principle "We feel that our cause is just and holy; we protest solemnly in the face of mankind that we desire peace at any sacrifice save that of honor and independence; we seek no conquest, no aggrandizement, no concession of any kind from the States with which we were lately confederated; all we ask is to be let alone; that those who never held power over us shall not now attempt our subjugation by arms. This we will, this we must, resist to the direst extremity... So long as this pretension is maintained, with a firm reliance on that Divine Power which covers with its protection the just cause, we will continue to struggle for our inherent right to freedom, independence, and self-government." President Jefferson
Davis - 29 April 1861
Speaking of the Constitution "...this assent and ratification is to be given by the people, not as individuals composing one entire nation, but as composing the distinct and independent States to which they respectively belong. It is to be the assent and ratification of the several States, derived from the supreme authority in each State, -the authority of the people themselves. The act, therefore, establishing the Constitution, will not be a NATIONAL, but a FEDERAL act. That it will be a federal and not a national act, as these terms are understood by the objectors; the act of the people, as forming so many independent States, not as forming one aggregate nation, is obvious from this single consideration, that it is to result neither from the decision of a majority of the people of the Union, nor from that of a majority of the States. It must result from the unanimous assent of the several States that are parties to it." James Madison - The Federalist Papers No. 39
Our Founding Fathers "Government is not reason. Government is not eloquence. It is force, and like fire it is a dangerous servant and a fearful Master" George Washington
Historical Quiz On June 26, 1870 the U.S. Congress declared Christmas to be a federal holiday. But years before, many individual states had already set aside this day for their citizens. Which was the first state to grant legal recognition to this important celebration? Email your answer to NEFLOS@net-host.net. The first correct answer will win a free Florida State Flag, suitable for outdoor display of your patriotism. Answer to last quiz: A famous founding father, uncertain "whether the Union will answer the ends of its existence or otherwise" said, "Were the plan of the [Constitutional] Convention adverse to the public happiness, my voice would be, Reject the plan. Were the Union itself inconsistent with the public happiness, it would be, Abolish the Union". Who was this American visionary? Answer: Not Ben Franklin, but James Madison in his Federalist Paper No. 45, "The Alleged Danger From the Power of the Union to the State Governments".Many good answers were received, but no one had the correct one.
